This is one of a series of interviews completed by the Milton Historical Society (http://miltonhistoricalsociety.ca) as part of the production of the book "Milton Remembers WWII 1939-1945". Several veterans of Milton and the surrounding community were interviewed by MHS staff to document their experiences in Milton, their service to Canada in WWII and the impact that this had on their life. This is the 2nd interview of Bruce Kitchen conducted in February 2006 (1st here was in 1994) who served in the Royal Canadian Navy as a Radar Operator on corvette and frigate ships providing convoy protection in the North Atlantic. The interview was conducted by Anne Taylor on February 27, 2006.
